Carolina Refrigerated Transport, Inc. is a for-hire transportation company with operations strategically located in Greenville and
Gaffney, SC.

We specialize in time-sensitive transportation of general commodities, also products requiring temperature control, such as frozen foodstuffs, live plants, plastic film, chemicals and textiles throughout the contiguous 48 states.

Founded in 1993 on the premise that a need existed in the transport industry for a carrier that was committed to quality service and kept commitments, Carolina has continued to experience steady growth. A modem fleet, well-trained work force and strong balance sheet confirms the viability of that original premise.

In addition to linehaul services, Carolina also operates a secure drop yard with switching and local cartage services available 24/7 to carriers serving the major food houses and cold storage plants in the Greenville/Charlotte 1-85 corridor. These two successful operations uniquely qualify Carolina to service a wide range of shippers and receivers, whether their needs are local, regional or long distance dry or refrigerated.
